Scott Fricker, Principal. FP Management, LLC was formed in 2001 by Scott Fricker. Mr. Fricker has more than seventeen years experience in real estate acquisitions, development, finance, construction management, and property management. In his capacities as Principal of FP Management and in previous positions, Mr. Fricker has developed and/or acquired more than 10,000 units in fifty apartment properties valued at over $700 million dollars. Mr. Fricker has a degree in Business Management from the University of California at Davis, and was a licensed real estate broker and general contractor in the State of California before moving to Kansas City in 2003.

Sherri Lindsey, Broker. Ms. Lindsey has over 18 years of experience in real estate involving property management, acquisitions, dispositions, construction management & development. In her capacities as Regional Property Manager for FP Management and other major multifamily property management companies, Ms Lindsey has overseen the successful management of over 40 properties and more than 5000 units in her career. She has experience in market rate, LIHTC, Bond & section 42 assets. Ms. Lindsey is a CPM candidate, Certified Property Management Specialist and a licensed real estate broker.

George Holler, Director of Construction Services. George Holler is a senior level real estate professional with over twenty years of experience in property management, acquisitions, new business development, and multi-family construction. His familiarity with large-scale rehabs and day-to-day property operations make him a valuable resource for our clients. Mr. Holler brings the added benefit of understanding the disruption improvements and extensive rehabilitation can have on an assets staff and occupants. He makes it a priority to communicate with the developers, owners’ property management teams and staffs to provide them the tools and information they need to make sure that the construction process is a positive experience.

Michael Brockhouse. As the leader of scattered site, single family, and smaller property operations in Missouri, Michael Brockhouse is responsible for property management and new business development in this area. Mr. Brockhouse has been working with FP Management since early 2008 as a leasing agent, assistant property manager, and property manager. Mr. Brockhouse has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Communication from the University of Central Missouri, is an IREM ARM candidate.

Michelle Engledow. As the leader of scattered site, single family, and smaller property operations in Kansas, Michelle is responsible for property management and new business development in this area. Michelle has over 13 years experience in property management on a wide variety of large and small multi-family and commercial assets. Ms. Engledow has a strong background in managing multi-site residential properties including conventional, bonded, and tax- credit. Ms. Engledow graduated from Texas A & M with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a minor in Business Management in 2000, is a licensed real estate agent in Kansas and Missouri, a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and was a commercial real estate agent in Missouri in 2007. She moved to the Kansas City area in 2002.
