Welcome to FP Management, a Kansas City-based residential property management company dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible. When you and your properties need the attention that larger regional or national companies just can’t provide, call FP Management. Broad Experience in the Residential Rental Industry

FP Management, LLC was formed in 2001 by the firm’s principal, Scott Fricker. Mr. Fricker has more than seventeen years experience in real estate acquisitions, development, finance, construction management, and property management. In his capacities as Principal of FP Management and in previous positions, Mr. Fricker has developed and/or acquired more than 10,000 units in fifty apartment properties valued at over $700 million dollars.

The firm initially acquired, repositioned, and managed smaller residential rental properties, but quickly moved to larger projects, including the development of a 200-unit affordable senior apartment complex in Fairfield, California, the acquisition and repositioning of a 217-unit property in Kansas City, Missouri, and the acquisition and repositioning of a 125-unit property in Grandview, Missouri.

FP Management’s principals continue to own over 540 units, so we bring the ownership mentality to the property management business.

FP Management focuses exclusively on managing residential rental properties and our management portfolio currently includes more than 400 units. This site is integrated with Propertyware, our management operating system, and contains real time information about currently available rentals. (Properties without vacant units, including our occupied single family rentals, do not show up on this site.)

Operations: A Focus on Technology, Efficiency, and Replication

During the seven years that FP Management has been in operation, the firm has developed a set of sound and tested management procedures that can easily be replicated from one property to another. With an emphasis on technology and the ability to implement and replicate management processes and procedures, FP Management is uniquely qualified to take on new management contracts.

In 2008 FP Management implemented a web-based management system called Propertyware. Propertyware is a scalable web-based system with superior resident tools, online marketing, owner reporting, and management functions.
