One of the valuable services that we provide to our owner clients FREE OF CHARGE is broad-based on-line listing exposure. In addition to frequent postings on Craigslist, all of our vacant rental units are published automatically every night to our listing site (www,fpmkc.propertyware.com/rentals.html) and to the following additional online rental sites:
All of this online exposure is free and when combined with a (FREE) yard sign, we can usually rent your unit without spending any advertising dollars.
